The Karate Kid spin-off series, Cobra Kai Season 4 trailer just dropped and it promises us another one of a kind adventure. The martial arts comedy-drama is created by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg. It stars Ralph Macchio as Daniel LaRusso and William Zabka as Johnny Lawrence, who are the original characters from the 1984 film The Karate Kid. The Netflix series is set 34 years later and has run for three seasons.
In Cobra Kai Season 3 we saw Ralph Macchio’s Daniel and Willian Zabka’s Johnny come together to take down Cobra Kai and Martin Kove’s John Kreese. However, we see Kreese really upping his game as he plans to bring back Thomas Ian Griffith’s Silver and also recruit Tanner Buchanan’s Robby, who happens to be Johnny’s son and Daniel’s protégé. Given all the hot sauce from the previous season, it was inevitable to look at the trailer and not get excited!
Cobra Kai Season 4 Trailer: United We Stand, Divided We Fall
The YouTube description for Cobra Kai Season 4 trailer pretty much explains more of what we are expected to witness in the upcoming season. It reads: “Season 4 finds the Miyagi-Do and Eagle Fang dojos joining forces to take down Cobra Kai at the All Valley Under 18 Karate Tournament… and whoever loses must hang up their gi. As Samantha and Miguel try to maintain the dojo alliance and Robby goes all in at Cobra Kai, the fate of the Valley has never been more precarious. What tricks does Kreese have up his sleeve? Can Daniel and Johnny bury their decades-long hatchet to defeat Kreese? Or will Cobra Kai become the face of karate in the valley?”
The trailer offers a glimpse of how their partnership formed in Season 3 is going and also insight into the personal lives of the students. The legendary rivalry seems to be finally getting a face-off, but before that, the step into the future needs to be taken either to revolutionize the Karate world or maybe, ruin it. It will be really interesting to see what the upcoming season has in store for us.
Cobra Kai Season 4 will release on December 31, 2021. In case, you have not watched the previous seasons of the show, you can stream it now on Netflix.
