Chad and Jt Go Deep Review: Pranksters on the Loose

Netflix has always been the home of comedy sketches, and now they’re branching out even more. The platform has released its latest comedy special by Chad Kroeger and JT Parr. It’s a bit of a unique approach for Netflix, but it’s an excellent move. The duo act in a web series together called Chad & JT Go Deep, and it’s about as weird as that sounds.

Chad and Jt Go Deep Review Doesn’t Contain Any Spoilers

Chad and JT Go Deep is Gimmicky and Silly

You might be a fan of the new Chad and JT Go Deep comedy Netflix series: Deep Talk with Chad and JT. It’s an opportunity to see an honest look (as genuine and artful as it can get) at men who are dissatisfied with life and sometimes just not in touch with reality. But having watched several episodes more than once, I have gathered my unbiased review of this show — which I have prepared below.

Chad and JT Go Deep

Sure, people can point to the bizarre melange of different facets (soft scripted satire, Punk’d meet progressive activism) that constitutes Chad and JT Go Deep. But when you get down to it, the Netflix series’ subversion of surface-level celebrity culture showcases one tough-to-kidnap truth about the modern day: You can buy your way into nearly anything.

The concept: Chad Kultgen and JT Parr were two intensely masculine men who were fed up with what they believed was the feminization of America. So they made a plan: to “go deep” into the minds of ordinary men to uncover the truth about, well, just about everything.

In the Netflix Series Chad and Jt Go Deep, There’s a Lot of Improv Comedy

The two comedians have an excellent rapport and make the entire series worth watching. This review will cover some of the premises, tricks, and routines in the series and give credit to these comedians for some profound material.

Chad and JT want to show the world that in your late 30s, you can choose a life of self-satisfaction over aimless hedonism and how to achieve it. There’s a lot of learning, some confusion and laughs along the way, and it’s pretty much as engaging as any fictional-but-nonetheless-delightful story you’d see on television.

Chad and JT Go Deep

This is a good recommendation if you like being entertained while at the same time being force-fed with good life choices and lifelong lessons. The show’s rip-roaring success will rest as a citizen journalist parody show. It debunked everything people thought they knew about government and talked about important issues in hilarious overtures.

Why is the Appeal of Chad and JT Go Deep Hard to Miss?

Chad and JT are not just funny — they’re adept at recognizing hypocrisy and paradox, making them natural candidates for the format that calls for telling jokes about serious subjects. After watching several episodes of Chad and JT Go Deep, I’m convinced there are two types of people.

The first type is straight-up comedians, and the second type realizes what could be taken as a joke. It throws a disclaimer at the end of every other sentence to confuse you into believing they are simply storytellers. But regardless of your opinion on their identity, it becomes clear that not only do they generate laughs at every turn, but they also provoke thought while doing so.

Chad and JT Go Deep

Genre-busting is a term that breaks down when you think about it. But the comedy television genre may not be able to survive if one of its proclaimed show-stopping successes takes a detour in a different direction.

In addition to their humour and off-kilter comic spirit, one of their more underrated assets is that they understand analytics and how it can improve the performance of any business or human activity. They realize that the key to achieving something is having a metric and executing it. And not just any metric but one that meets essential criteria.

  1. Starts off by saying its an unbiased review then proceeds to start the review by saying “The concept: Chad Kultgen and JT Parr were two intensely masculine men who were fed up with what they believed was the feminization of America.” That is the most biased interpretation of a show I’ve ever heard
