BLACKPINK is in news again and, it is not because of Jisoo’s Snowdrop or Lisa’s new album, but for a piece, the group has worked on together. The K-pop girl group has always been noted for their beautiful looks, talented voice and groovy moves. The trifecta in their 2020 single How You Like That is what still keeps it a loop song on almost everyone’s playlist. However, it was not until recently that the video created a new landmark for itself.
How You Like That Dance Performance Video on YouTube, featuring all four members- Lisa, Jennie, Jisoo and Rose, is as catchy as a song as it is as a dance video. It was around February 7, 10:30 p.m. KST, when the girl group’s dance performance video for the 2020 hit reached the 1 billion mark on YouTube. This is the band’s sixth official music video to surpass 1 billion views on YouTube. The other five official music videos to have hit the mark include DDU-DDU DDU-DU, Kill This Love, BOOMBAYAH, As If It’s Your Last, and How You Like That.
However, this is the first time that a dance performance video by the group has surpassed 1 billion views on YouTube. BLACKPINK celebrated this news by thanking their fans, who are more popularly known as BLINKS by posting on their Twitter handle.
