Bella Hadid Talks About Mental Health Struggles in a Heartfelt Post

American model, Bella Hadid has never taken a backseat, when it comes to voicing out her opinion on crucial matters. Recently, the 25-year-old took to her Instagram to share a heartfelt post regarding mental health.

Bella posted a video along with several tearful pictures on Instagram. She shared her mental health journey with her fans all over the world. She appreciated and supported Willow Smith in her post and wrote a long caption on mental health for all her followers.

Her caption read “That feeling of thinking that you’re good enough or being insecure about your art- is natural- but at the same time, I feel like it’s taught. All humans are different, every single human has something so special and unique to offer. And people forget that everyone is basically feeling the same way: lost, confused, not really sure why they’re here. That anxiety, like, everyone is feeling that- – and trying to cover it up in some way.”

Bella Hadid also talked about social media and it’s impact. She further added “Social media is not real. For anyone struggling, please remember that. Sometimes all you’ve gotta hear is that you’re not alone. So from me to you, you’re not alone. I love you, I see you, and I hear you.”

She passed on a message to all her fans that they are not alone in this journey. Earlier this year, the star also took a break from social media to emphasize her mental health journey. She spent her time doing things that brought her real happiness like horseback riding, enjoying the outdoors, and playing with crystals. Bella Hadid came back on Instagram and said ‘found myself, my strength and my light again.’
