And Just Like That is developed by Michael Patrick King. It serves as the revival and a sequel of the old classic Sex and the City which was created by Darren Star, based on Candace Bushnell’s newspaper column and 1996 book anthology of the same name.

For the second season, we saw John Corbett as Aidan Shaw, and Candice Bergen as Enid Frick alongside Tony Danza, Sam Smith and Victor Garber. The biggest surprise was, of course, the return of Kim Cattrall as Samantha Jones.

The second last episode and the final episode of this season, both were clubbed together with the same motive- The Last Supper at Carrie’s apartment that she is leaving because it is not a place where she can start a new life with Aidan. With lots of plot points coming into play along with a phone call from Samantha, we finally get to the ending of And Just Like That Season 2 Episode 11 when Aidan arrives.
Aidan is finally able to enter Carrie’s old apartment for dinner. It hints at the progress he has made in his relationship with Carrie. But with everything good, there is some amount of bad involved. Aidan’s return to the apartment was just a booster because our charming man proposes to Carrie if she can wait for him for five years.
Post Wyatt’s accident, Aidan felt like an incompetent father, putting Carrie before his children. Thus, he makes the decision to be an active father and not indulge in coming to New York much for Carrie. It is a strange proposal but, Carrie somehow accepts it, stating that she is ready to wait for him.
And Just Like That Season 2 Episode 11 ends with all the couples getting along in their relationships and the single ladies emerging forward with their careers. Carrie and Seema are seen in Greece where they celebrate finding love in their lives and how they are finally content and full.
