Two Much With Kajol and Twinkle Episode 8 Review
In the last episode of Two Much, Kriti Sanon and Vicky Kaushal take us on a journey to understand their rise in Bollywood, the difficulties as an outsider and their love lives while playing a few fun games. The last episode is personally more tolerable, only because maybe Kaushal and Sanon feel like they are actual human beings with personalities rather than nepotism being their only identity and giving us a different perspective about the industry other than the “my papa knew your chacha” vibe that we have been getting thus far.
The episode is quite fun, and I guess I would’ve liked to watch both of them get maybe a bit deeper into their lives rather than keep everything surface level. However, at least we get a small glimpse into Kaushal’s life with wife Katrina Kaif, while Sanon chooses to keep mum about almost everything. The tidbits surrounding their professional lives are something I have heard many times before. Both of them have said these things in other shows/interviews, and thus, nothing new comes out in that frontier.
The topic of the main segment of the episode surrounds whether or not women’s identities and lives change after marriage. I think both Sanon and Kaushal added interesting perspectives to the conversation that add value in some way. Khanna and Kajol continue to interject between the guests, and it feels very annoying and disruptive at this point. It’s meant to be “wild” and “quirky”, but watching middle-aged people act like this is never a cute look.

I was also a little confused about the continued comments surrounding Sanon’s height. It was so oddly jarring after the first time. We also talk about Kaushal being a green flag a whole lot. Which might be true, but expecting your husband to treat you right should be the standard, not a celebration. But, as they say, the bar is in hell.
In the end, I think I enjoyed this episode quite a bit, at least more so than the last few. It’s just that there is such a lack of personality among people these days, and along with always being politically correct, conversations in TV shows like these always tend to surround the same topic over and over again.
Another topic that tends to really stick out in this series is Twinkle and Kajol’s personal lives. Every comment, every answer, every perspective is so odd and jarring that it makes you raise your eyebrows. Both women have given a peek into such an odd part of their lives that it makes us question whether they are okay more often than not, along with their opinions, giving quite the problematic vibes.
Final Thoughts
Two Much With Kajol and Twinkle episode 8 might be more entertaining or interesting than the last few entries, but there’s still nothing new in it that makes me want to recommend this 8-episode show to anyone. It’s engaging, and sometimes you get a small glimpse into their lives, but that’s about it.
