Today’s Webtoon (오늘의 웹툰) is a 2022 Korean Coming-of-age Drama based on a Japanese Manga named Juhan Shuttai! by Naoko Matsuda. The series features Kim Se-jeong, Choi Daniel and Nam Yoon-su in leading roles. The series runs for 16 episodes and Today’s Webtoon Episode 10 has a runtime of 63 minutes.

In Today’s Webtoon Episode 10, Jun Yeong makes a new friend with Ma Eum’s friend Eun Yeong. Eun Yeong first believed that Jun Yeong was Ma Eum’s boyfriend and later thought, he was her junior at work because of their formal way of speaking. Thanks to Eun Yeong, Jun Yeong and Ma Eum drop the honorifics and became friends in every aspect. Ma Eum’s father didn’t accept her gift but he feels bad for doing so and waits for Ma Eum to come home.

Artist Oh Yoon has been struggling with his new webtoon and Choi PD decides to confront him about it. Artist Oh’s forte genre is comedy but he tried a different genre this time to prove that he can do better than just writing silly jokes. Choi PD convinces him that his jokes make people happy and doesn’t have to prove to anyone that he is good. Oh Yoon needed to hear this and decides to end his webtoon and start a new one. Choi PD and Oh Yoon have worked together since his debut and he can rely on him only.
Everyone knows about Ji-hyeong getting an offer from YoungToon and Ma Eum is saddest after hearing the news. Jun Yeong has started to get a gist of Heo’s plan. Heo calls him again and this time, he asked for Kwon PD’s personal data about artists that he plans to recruit and their detailed analysis. Jun-yeong didn’t think it was right but Kwon trusted him and sent him all of his data. Ji-hyung tells Man-chul about the offer and Man-chul tells him to only think about himself.

Ji-hyung has been thinking a lot about the offer and he has been thinking about his old days, starting from GingerToon. After the news goes out, he gets calls from many artists and he realizes that a lot of harm will happen to NEON Webtoon if he leaves. He reads the email that Ma Eum had sent him which reads that a webtoon editor is like a gardener. A gardener, who sows the seed, waters the plants, cuts off unnecessary growth and in the end, brings out the best fruits. He makes his decision and visits YoungToon’s office.
Today’s Webtoon Episode 10 Ending
Jang Man-chul has arranged a farewell party for Ji-hyeong but Ji-hyeong announces that he has declined the offer and is going to stay at NEON webtoon. He wants to work further with his artists and he has also found out something concerning. The deputy editor at YoungToon has told him that NEON has been planning to dissolve the webtoon team and plans to take over YoungToon. Before coming to the party, Jun-yeong met with his bothersome uncle who sees Jun-yeong with Man-chul. He tells Jun-yeong that Man-chul was the reason behind his sister, Ae-ri’s death. Jun-yeong is sensitive about her and he might betray the webtoon team over this one thing.

Today’s Webtoon Episode 10 goes through a lot of emotions. Sometimes, a position of higher status and respect can mean a lot less when it comes to things which give you true happiness and meaning in your life. Ji-hyeong has the calibre to become an editor and deserves to become one. However, he has meaningful relationships with people at NEON webtoon that he cannot trade for any ornamental name of responsibility.
